Lauren Midi was born and raised in Northern Vermont. She moved to Colorado in 2000 for an internship with the US Forrest Service. By the time her internship was complete, she had fallen in love with the West. Lauren moved to Salida and spent many years working at the Salida Café before moving around to explore more of the West. Lauren lived in Victor, Idaho where she enjoyed snowboarding at Grand Targhee and exploring Teton National park. She then went on to Northern California where she spent a summer raft guiding on the Trinity River. Soon Colorado started calling her home, though. Lauren moved back to Salida and finally settled down. She bought an old house in town and a few years later (conveniently) married a carpenter. Lauren and her husband love the vibrant, eclectic community in Salida and all the recreational opportunities they can enjoy right out their door. They can usually be found hiking, snowboarding or rafting with their new hound pup Red.

Lauren has had many interesting jobs over the years including Postal clerk, restaurant assistant manager and landscaper. She is new to the HOA business and is excited to learn all she can from the experienced team at Summit HOA Services.
